Job Management, Scheduling, and Dispatch System with Mobile Component
Our client is a leading commerical and residential plumbing service provider. Their workflow from new jobs through service was complex and included disparate digital and paper documents. They engaged C|S|S to design and develop a centralized solution to overcome the inherent issues of their existing process.

C|S|S worked through a discovery process to understand the business workflow, data points, and existing record keeping methods. With this information, C|S|S developed a technical approach, an interface architecture (IA), and corresponding wireframes in a series of stages with the client. Upon establishing a clear path forward, we developed and deployed the centralized system for managing the various client divisions, including an integrated mobile component with image and signature capture.

C|S|S provided consultation, layouts, and designs. We developed the web system and database, and subsequently deployed the web and mobile solution.
