Our client was a leading provider of gift cards for major brands. Their workflow from new orders through production and shipment was complex and included disparate digital and paper documents. They engaged C|S|S to design and develop a centralized solution to overcome the inherent issues of their existing system.

C|S|S worked through a discovery process to understand the business processes, data points, and existing disparate processes. With this information, C|S|S developed a clear set of requirements, an Interface Architecture (IA), and corresponding wireframes in a series of stages with the client. Upon establishing a clear path forward, we developed and deployed the centralized system for managing the various areas of client order processing.

C|S|S provided consultation, layouts, and designs. We developed the web system and database, and subsequently deployed the solution.
